Remedies to help fight the pain and itch
Eating five servings of fruits and vegetables each day can reduce your cancer risk, but doing so can be a challenge, says the American Institute for Cancer Research (AICR). To eat more produce: Cut your meat servings in half and add an extra portion of vegetables. Use fresh and dried fruit as snacks and garnish on everything from breakfast cereal to salads.
